Who is the house suited to?

The house suits families and groups of friends looking for peace and room to spend time together. It sleeps eleven and is reserved entirely for your group.

Today Federico runs Villa Sant’Andrea with his mother Marta. The house began as his grandfather Sergio’s dream: discover our family’s story.

What is included in the stay?

You have the entire country house, including the extra sitting room with its own kitchen and fireplace. This space is part of the same house and is not rented separately.

• Four bedrooms, all upstairs: one double bedroom with a bunk bed, two double bedrooms and one double bedroom with a single bed. Two travel cots are also available.
• Three bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor and two upstairs, including one with a bathtub.
• Shared spaces: a living room with two sofas and a Smart TV, three fireplaces in total, two equipped kitchens, a washing machine and a large dining table.
• Outdoors: a lawn, a wooden gazebo with a large table, and a pool open from 1 June to 30 September.

Breakfast, meals and organised activities are not included. You can prepare your meals in the kitchens. If stairs or mobility are a concern, tell us about your needs before booking.

When can we stay?

The house welcomes guests all year round. The pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.

In autumn and winter, the spacious living room and fireplaces make a day indoors part of the holiday. Heating and firewood are included in the price of your stay. The calendar shows dates you can enquire about; contact us for later dates or to ask about the minimum stay.

Where is Villa Sant’Andrea?

We are in Colpalombo, in the Gubbio area of Umbria. The house has a secluded setting with views over the hills and valley.

We recommend having a car to get around and explore the area. For arrival directions or particular requirements, contact Federico and Marta directly.
